Noven Consulting Inc. is based in Vancouver, with British Columbia as our primary market and project experience across Canada.

Established in 2011, Noven provides building code consulting, Certified Professional services, fire code consulting and fire protection engineering. We work with architects, owners, developers, contractors, public agencies, insurers and legal teams.
Our experience includes residential towers, schools, healthcare facilities, assembly buildings, commercial premises and industrial sites. The work ranges from early code analysis and permit submissions to construction field reviews, firestopping assessments and integrated systems testing.
Senior technical staff are assigned to each project. Reports identify the applicable requirements, analysis, recommendations and conditions that affect the design or construction work.

From feasibility to occupancy.
Early work establishes occupancy, construction and life safety requirements before the design develops. During permitting, code reports, compliance drawings and alternative solutions document the proposed approach for authority review.
Construction-stage assignments can include field reviews, firestopping review, construction fire safety planning and CAN/ULC-S1001 integrated systems testing. Each proposal identifies the services and professional responsibilities for that project.
